- We’ll figure out what’s wrong or get more details on what needs doing. If we’re messaging on WhatsApp, we may ask you to send us some photos so that we’re prepared. We’ll tell you what we’ll do, when we’ll do it and how much it’ll cost so there’s no surprises.
- We’ll book you in and look forward to seeing you. We’re happy to work around you and will keep you updated before we turn up.

We do get quite booked up, but for general plumbing jobs, we try and schedule you in as soon as possible or when it suits you. By texting or calling us, we can give you an expectation of when we’ll be able to nip round.
How will I know when my plumber is on their way
We keep you updated on the day. When we’re about 30 minutes away, we’ll send a quick message to let you know when to expect us, so you’re not sat waiting!
How can I provide as much information as possible to my plumber?
Normally, we’ll ask some questions so we can arrive fully briefed, and with the right parts. The best way for us to know what to expect is for you to send pictures on WhatsApp. Don’t worry about including the right thing – we'll always ask for a bit more information if we need it.
